Research & Editorial Standards
Effective Date: July 26, 2026
At Navaro Health, our mission is simple: to make scientific research more accessible, understandable, and transparent without sacrificing accuracy or objectivity.
We believe readers should understand not only what the evidence says, but how strong that evidence actually is. This page explains how our content is researched, evaluated, written, reviewed, updated, and corrected.
Our Editorial Principles
Every article, protocol, calculator, and research summary published on Navaro Health is guided by six core principles.
Evidence First
Our conclusions are based on the totality of available evidence, not popularity, marketing claims, social media trends, or personal opinions. When evidence is limited or conflicting, we say so.
Transparency
Whenever possible, we cite the original research so readers can review the evidence for themselves. We clearly distinguish between established scientific evidence, emerging evidence, animal research, laboratory research, expert opinion, and anecdotal reports.
Readers should always know the level of confidence behind any statement.
Objectivity
Our goal is to summarize research, not promote products, treatments, or specific viewpoints. Where studies disagree, we present multiple perspectives rather than selectively reporting only favorable findings.
Accuracy
Every effort is made to ensure that published information is accurate at the time of publication. However, scientific knowledge evolves continuously. As new evidence becomes available, our content may be revised to reflect current understanding.
Accessibility
Scientific research is often difficult to interpret. Our goal is to make complex topics understandable without oversimplifying or misrepresenting the underlying evidence.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently. Commercial relationships, sponsorships, advertising, or affiliate partnerships do not determine our scientific conclusions.
How We Research Content
Each topic begins with a review of available literature. Depending on the subject, sources may include peer-reviewed journal articles, randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, observational studies, cohort studies, case reports, animal studies, in vitro laboratory research, clinical practice guidelines, regulatory publications, pharmacology references, and scientific textbooks.
When appropriate, additional context may include historical literature or well-documented anecdotal reports that are clearly identified as such.
Evidence Hierarchy
Not all research carries the same weight. Navaro Health considers the quality of evidence when summarizing findings.
How We Present Findings
For every major claim, we aim to answer what was studied, who was studied, how strong the evidence is, what the findings were, what the limitations were, where experts disagree, and what questions remain unanswered.
When evidence conflicts, we summarize the disagreement rather than choosing a side without justification.
Human vs Animal Research
Many compounds discussed on Navaro Health have extensive laboratory or animal research but limited human evidence.
Whenever applicable, we clearly identify whether findings come from human clinical research, animal studies, cell culture experiments, or theoretical mechanisms. Readers should never assume that positive animal results automatically translate to humans.
AI-Assisted Content
Navaro Health may use artificial intelligence to assist with organizing information, summarizing studies, improving readability, structuring content, and identifying updates in published literature.
AI is used as an editorial assistant, not as an independent scientific authority. Whenever AI contributes to content creation, human review is performed before publication. AI-generated material is subject to the same editorial standards as all other content.
Content Updates
Science changes. Our content is periodically reviewed and updated to reflect newly published research, updated clinical guidelines, safety information, corrections, and changes in regulatory status.
Each article may display original publication date, last reviewed date, last updated date, or correction notes where applicable.
Corrections Policy
Accuracy is important to us. If we discover an error or receive credible evidence that published information is inaccurate or outdated, we will review the issue promptly.
When appropriate, we will correct factual errors, update references, revise conclusions where warranted, add clarification notes, or retract inaccurate information if necessary.
Readers are encouraged to report suspected errors using our contact page.
Conflicts of Interest
Editorial decisions are made independently. Where relevant, financial relationships, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, or other potential conflicts of interest will be disclosed.
Navaro Health does not alter scientific conclusions based on commercial interests.
What We Do Not Do
Navaro Health does not provide personalized medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatments for individual users, replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals, guarantee health outcomes, promote unsafe or illegal use of research compounds, or publish content that knowingly misrepresents scientific evidence.
Our Commitment
Our goal is not to tell readers what to believe. Our goal is to present scientific evidence honestly, explain its strengths and limitations, acknowledge uncertainty, and empower readers to make informed decisions in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
Navaro Health is committed to transparency, scientific integrity, and continuous improvement as research evolves.
